What does “Verified order” mean?

Reviews on TrustClicks are labeled as “verified order” when we gather information connecting the review to an experience with the business they’ve reviewed:

• the reviewer was invited by the company to leave a review,
• the reviewer has provided TrustClicks with documentation showing their purchase experience.

Where invitations are sent via TrustClicks

All businesses using TrustClicks are welcome to invite customers to leave reviews.

However, if they use our automated systems, we’re able to match the review with the invitation and email link that was originally sent to the reviewer. This lets us automatically mark the experience as “verified”.
