How do I edit or delete my review?

If you wrote a review to an invitation from a company, a profile was created automatically when you chose to respond to the email and you should have received a welcome email at the time. Every review has to be connected to a real person’s profile; Meaning, you can always log in to your profile and edit, delete or update your review.

How to edit or delete your review

  1. Go to TrustClicks and log in to your account - you can do this by clicking the text Log in on the top right side of the page.
  2. Once logged in, click on your profile icon on the top right side of the page and you should be able to access a drop-down menu.
  3. Click My Reviews
  4. Find the review you want to change and click on >Edit. Or if you want to delete, click the delete button (Bin Icon)
  5. When you are finished your edit, Click Post. If you are deleting a text will show up asking if you are sure you want to delete the review. If you are sure, Click OK
